Domaine Pavelot, Savigny Les Beaune, La Dominode 2006 SPAIN Elian Da Ros is one93 John Gilman The Dominode, as is often the case in the Pavelot cellars, is the top wine in the range in 2006, and is extremely promising. The beautiful bouquet jumps from the glass in a blaze of candied cherries, black raspberries, espresso, a bit of Echzeaux like bonfire, great minerality and a touch of vanillin oak. On the palate the wine is medium full, deep and intensely flavored, with a great minerally personality, an excellent core of fruit,
