The long green threads are so thin that look like hair. Fairy Hair was found by Talon Buchholz as a chance seedling from Scolopendrifolium. It and Red Cloud were sister seedlings and together are some of Talon Buchholz first Japanese maple introductions. For us, in Western North Carolina, Fairy Hair has been more
