Good durability, excellent glide properties. Can be applied cold without heat, but is best to either use a heat gun or kick wax iron to add heat and improve the binding and curing process. For older more aggressive snow, use the Vauhti GS Super Base for better durability. Can be used alone in colder temperatures, but is almost always covered with a wax
