Here are the "issues" the corners are not as needle sharp as I'd typically like for an Unc and there is a small internal bend at the lower right corner (face viewing)

1861 $5 Virginia Treasury Note Cr.5 - Very Fine - First Issue Colonial A few obverse and reverse5 in round scalloped counter above; oval female portrait below. 5 FIVE protector below; Ceres seated facing right behind large V; two panels with terms below. Nice specimen on strong paper. Maybe half a dozen very fine pinholes overall. The first series notes are substantially more difficult to acquire than the second series (1862) notes.
