The trio behind the new Wallace Emerson restaurant chose the name to evoke a fun young grandma who once boogied in discotheques and now travels the world. But if there really were a Donna, shed be pretty eclectic, friendly and want to give everybody a hug, says co owner Jed Smith, 32. The 30 seat location shares an intersection with a churrasqueria, a Portuguese travel agency and a hipster espresso bar. Donnas earns points
