This tough bank from southern Virginia had just 16 total known notes (now 17) with just one other 1929 Type 2 $5 known. This is a crisp original specimen with a slightly sloppily cut top margin. Regardless it remains one of the finest known small size for this very scarce bank and will have no problem finding its way into a no problem holder should the new owner desire.
