Roagna Langhe Rosso 2020 NV (P�lffy Attila Nemes K�vesk�l) isThe grapes for this wine come from Luca's younger vines (25 years old and younger ) in Pira in Castiglione Falletto (Barolo) and in Paje in Barbaresco. The grapes are hand picked; soft pressing with destemming. Temperature controlled fermentation in wood casks. Maceration for 30 50 days. Aging: 3 4 years in medium sized French and Slavonian oak casks, then at least six months in the bottle. While this wine is made from Luca's "younger vines," most
