Native American Indian Snowshoes Vintage American Trapper #15 - 3 "Native American Indian Snowshoes c. 1920 1940, 20th century Wood, Babiche, Metal (nails) 48"l x 14"w x 2"h Vintage Winter A great set of Native American Indian Snowshoes with almost square toes. The fine weaving on the babiche was likely done with animal hide; possibly caribou. Native American Indian snowshoes like these are difficult to find as they are in excellent condition no breaks in the babiche. They have leather bindings with nice straps.
