This pump is commonly purchased to replace a broken pump where the gear reduction and regulator are still in working order. The 43 WOC can only be attached to the great reduction unit (5071. 75) as it has a keyed shaft to run the pump. If you are replacing a Kappa 43 and using your existing gear box, two gaskets will be needed to re attach the old gear box.
