This is an original German WWII Luftwaffe Gedenkplatte commemorative porcelain plate produced by Meissen for the Luftwaffen Bau Regiment (Holland). Measuring approximately 10" in diameter, it features an elaborate blue underglaze scene depicting a Luftwaffe construction worker with shovel, an armed soldier, aircraft, and airfield imagery, with a 2nd Pattern Luftwaffe eagle below. The central scene shows a
