Germany, Hj. A 1938 Regional Trade Competition Victor’s Badge, By Gustav Brehmer Hold 45 mm x 75 mm(Ehrenzeichen Kreissieger im Reichsberufswettkampf 1938). Constructed of bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a circular laurel leaf wreath, around a white enameled disc bearing an inscription of KREISSIEGER (REGIONAL VICTOR) and a date of 1938, overlaid by a German national eagle clutching an enameled HJ insignia on top of a cogwheel, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker
