Constructed of blackened magnetic iron, the obverse presents with a raised central mobile swastika and reinstitution date of 1939 on the lower arm, the reverse presents with the initial institution date of 1813 on the lower arm, unmarked, measuring measuring 38. 5 mm (h) x 38 mm (w), in very fine condition.
