Created by the man who was known as the "Father of the British Strip Cartoon" this is a tatty 36 page volume published in 1915 filled with these famous early WW1 satirical caricature cartoons of the German Kaiser Wilhelm and his son, The Crown Prince. Hugely popular at the time
