This is an original Polizei (police) embroidered insignia sewn on an original M35 sport shirt
perhaps 1830 being converted to the Percussion ignition system
and there is a bit of oxidation near the crossguard
It has a heavy octagonal 32" rifled barrel with sturdy sword bayonet mount on the right side
The design is similar to the simplified version used by the Afrikakorps
