Fratelli Alessandria Dolcetto d'Alba DOC, 2022 bitter This bottling is brooding andThis wine is made of 100% Dolcetto. We would pair it with a sausage and broccoli rabe pizza, from your favorite spot. Dolcetto, meaning "little sweet one" is not sweet, but rather the lighter, fruitier, and brighter version of its Piedmontese peers. More akin to an earthier Pinot Noir, Dolcetto shows off refreshing red berries and can do nicely with a slight chill (54 degrees).
