he was transferred to the Westcliffe Eye and Ear Hospital at Folkestone
and he unveiled the memorial in August 1921

A Rare Badge Of The Sworn Fish-Warden United Republic of was awarded for the 1864(Zakleti uvar ribolova); badge in enameled silvered bronze, very impressive size (48mm x 62mm), with double pin back device, unmarked but certainly made by "Knaus, Zagreb", of excellent quality manufacture and in extremely fine condition; very rare.
