Constructed of black wool with a buckram core, trimmed with twisted and rolled silver aluminum wire piping, and pinned with three aluminum rank pips, unmarked, measuring 40 mm (w) x 55 mm (l), with a large patch of mothing evident to the obverse wool, in fair condition.
