Description
4th Division
revolvers of Colt
The coincidence range finder uses a single eyepiece
with a dent and bend on the front about 3 inches from the bottom
The usual reason for this stamping a perfectly good rifle this way was that it allowed the Regimental Armorer to write the weapon off and apply for a brand new often far better replacement rifle
Original WWII Canadian Fiber Shell Dispatch Rider Helmet by Backstay Standard dated 1944 - Size 7 1/2 Vickers MMG 4th DivisionOriginal Item: Only One Available. This is a very good condition original WWII Canadian Fiber Shell Dispatch Rider helmet, made by Backstay Standard in 1944. These were made as a lighter alternative to the steel shell version, and had the advantage of being lighter and using less in terms of materials. They are made from pressed resin impregnated fiber, not unlike the liners for U. S. M1 Helmets, though these are definitely of thicker construction.
