Gutheil-Schoder, Marie - Signed Photograph 1921 [JOURNAL] active between 1956-1991Famous German soprano (1874 1935) termed by Mahler as "a musical genius", later in her life became a well known pedagogue as well. Signed photograph, shown as herself, inscribed and dated in 1921. Blind stamped on front and stamped on verso by photographer Setzer, Vienna. Photo size is 6. 5 x 8. 75 inches, mounted onto soft cardboard, total item size is 8. 5 x 12 inches, some silvering at bottom, otherwise in excellent condition.
