A Blockade Runner Badge, By Rudolf Souval consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac the base in bronze gilt(Kriegsabzeichen fr Blockadebrecher). Constructed of silvered zink, the obverse consisting of a circular chain link wreath, around a central depiction of a blockade runner cutting through the chain, with its bow overlaid by a German national eagle in mid flight and clutching a mobile swastika, the reverse with a crimped hinge and elongated vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, maker marked with the logo of Rudolf Souval, Vienna, measuring 49.
