Germany, Luftwaffe. A Pilot’s Badge, Cloth Version, Type 6 Newly Listed GRVI (CAN/R(Flugzeugfhrerabzeichen Stoffausfhrung). Constructed of dark slate grey wool, the obverse bearing a machine embroidered two tone silver grey oval laurel and oak leaf wreath overlaid by a swooping Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 70 mm (w) x 65 mm (h)< demonstrating the remnants of an adhesive to the reverse consistent with previous display, a Type 6 badge in extremely fine condition.
