This easy to grow Asian arisaema emerges on a thick petiole (stalk) that reaches 3' in late spring. Atop the giant petiole is an unusual green and purple tinged pitcher (spathe) with a 12" long tongue (spadix) that curves out of the flower and stands erect and ready for some action! Arisaema heterophyllum features a horseshoe shaped leaf, held on the stalk just below the inflorescence,
