An absolutely genuine GERMAN contract M-1888 Service Rifle with Ersatz Bayonet issued to a German Infantry Regiment in 1896 and subsequently shipped as Military Aid to Turkey during or before World War One
They had fought against the United States during the Philippine-American War of 1899 - 1902
and off when it was retracted
so it escaped the cartridge conversion that many of these carbines went through
hard runways were put down with the main runway

This a very nice British WWI P 1913 bayonet, made by REMINGTON Arms Company in the U. S. for the British Army's Pattern 1914 Enfield (P 14) Rifle. It comes with a very nice WWI Pattern scabbard, with the "teardrop" shaped frog stud. The blade ricasso is marked 1913 5 17 on the blade ricasso over the round REMINGTON logo, and has various British Acceptance markings on the reverse ricasso. Condition is very good,
