This is a United States Helicopter Flight Helmet type SPH 4 made by Gentex. The helmet is in overall good condition complete with the liner, headset, visor, microphone, tint visor, and carry storage bag. The helmet bears an original Gentex Corporation label which is dated 1971. The bag also bears a name tag which reads BAILEY as well as a 24th Medical Company Air Ambulance Nebraska National Guard insignia patch. Also
