Russia, Soviet Union. A Scarce Badge of a Deputy of the Supreme Council of the Mari Autonomous Soviet Socialist Republic United Republic of taken on strength and posted(c. 1955 1963 issue). Constructed of silvered bronze in the shape of a flag with red and blue enamels, the reverse with a threaded screw back consisting of a post and backing plate, marked by the Moscow Mint and numbered 27, measuring 31. 6 mm (w) x 25. 0 mm (l), a scarce badge in extremely fine condition.
