(1875 1931 Issue). A beautiful star, in 22K Gold and enamels, a four armed red enamel star with ball finials and clusters of seven faceted rays in each quadrant, obverse medallion is beautifully hand painted insignia of the Order, surrounded by a green enamelled wreath with a white enamel banner inscribed A LA LEALTAD ACRISOLADA POR ISABEL LA CATOLICA (To Pure Loyalty, For Isabel the Catholic)
