These were designed to be tamper proof with slot for coins, hole for rolled paper money and place for a padlock. The can is maker marked on the bottom by Westermann & Co. Neheim Ruhr. This can looks to have been painted gray, possibly post war, but the original red paint can still be seen in places. It has
