Birendra, Nepal. A Scarce Order for Democracy, I. Class Grand Cross Set, c. 2005 Hold original ribbon suspended from its(Birendra Prajatantra Bhaskar). Instituted December 29th, 2002. Consisting of a Sash Badge and a Breast Star. The breast star constructed of silver, silver gilt, and red enamels, consisting of sixteen hollow silver petals with sixteen smaller gilt petals beneath, with a central gilded medallion with a gilded figure holding a scepter, surrounded by a wide band of red enamels, bearing arabesques, a Star of David, and the inscription Birendra Prajatantra
