Eight pointed silver mount , obverse centerpiece bearing a red enameled star on a shield surmounted on two crossed swords and five torches, reverse vertical pinback, 66mm, very fine condition. Footnote: The Order of Military Merit was instituted on 29 December 1951 and awarded until the breakup of Yugoslavia in 1992. It was awarded to commanders of units and civilians serving in the Yugoslav People's
