Full program for a revival performance of Porgy and Bess, George Gershwins masterpiece opera. This was the new revival from 1942 at the Majestic Theater, a shortened and highly successful version of the original. Signed on cover by Todd Duncan, the original Porgy at the 1935 world premiere of the Opera, and Etta Moten. Moten was Gerswhins preferred Bess for the world premiere, unfortunately
