A Boat Pilot’s Sleeve Insignia consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac in nickel-silver with sharp detailing(Heer Steuermann rmelabzeichen). Constructed of field grey wool, the obverse bearing a hand embroidered silver aluminum wire anchor overlaid by a steering wheel, unmarked, measuring 58 mm (w) x 80 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
