This is an 1890s high quality brass eagle plate with silvered laurels and cast eagle. The buckle measures 2 14" x 3 1 4 and has been mounted to a 40 inch by 1 5 8 leather officer waist belt. The leather is sound and pliable displaying normal age and wear. Overall very good condition. Also included is a leather cap box with very nice R. WHITE U. S. ORDNANCE DEPT. Inspection stamp. Box still retains the internal wool
