Grand Cross Badge: in silver gilt with red and white enamels, gilt cypher of Carol I on the obverse centrepiece, hallmarked with a crown above an "L" (Muntenia) city mark and bearing two ticks (. 800 silver) within a swelled triangular frame, number stamped "983 34", marked in Romanian "ARG" (argint = silver) and maker marked "RESCH", measuring 55. 3 mm (w) x 55. 3 mm (h), crazing and
