Contrada Palui 'Campo Selce' Valpolicella Superiore, 2020 pear cider Deep black cherry and juicyThis wine is 60% Corvina, 30% Corvinone, and 10% Rondinella, from a single vineyard in Valpolicella. Lighter in body and higher in acid than many of its contemporaries, this wine is gushing with tart red fruits, earth notes, and a touch of cocoa. Pair with grilled meats and hard cheeses.
