Romania, Kingdom. An Order Of The Crown, V Class Knight, Military Division, C.1940 Auction and Miniature: sterling silverOrdin "Corona Romaniei". Instituted in 1881. Type II (1932 1947). In bronze gilt with red, green and blue enamels, cypher of Carol I on the obverse centrepiece, measuring 41 mm (w) x 63. 8 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, intact enamels, original ribbon with hook and eye, extremely fine. Footnote: The Order of the Crown of Romania is a chivalric order estbalished on March 14, 1881 by King Carol I of Romania, to commemorate the establishment
