Destroyer War Badge - 1957 Issue Auction Archive carrying a crew of sixDestroyer War Badge 1957 Issue Silvered destroyer with gilt wreath, 44. 8 mm x 51 mm, vertical pinback, better than extremely fine. These (denazified) awards were issued by the Federal Republic of Germany in 1957 for Veterans wear (as WWII awards were not allowed for wear) and awarded only to German veterans entitled to such awards during the war. Production of these awards ceased in 1986.
