Constructed of gilded bronze with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a Technical Emergency Help (TeNo) style German national eagle perched atop a ribbed diamond, flanked by oak leaf branches and above a banner bearing a date of 1922, overlaid by a gilded bronze cog wheel bearing a black enameled mobile swastika, in turn bearing a TeNo insignia, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback
