This is a very good condition early production German WWII Luftwaffe Ground Assault Badge badge, with the correct early pattern riveted on silver "Eagle in Flight" badge at the top. This is still quite shiny, and attached to the die struck zinc body, which has lost most of the original darkening and wash. The badge is unmarked, but the style of rivet, crimped barrel hinge, and round wire catch are textbook for maker
