Bernstein, Leonard - Wadsworth, Stephen - "A Quiet Place" World Premiere Poster Signed HM - Literature Paul Badura Skoda signs onPoster signed by the American conductor and composer (1918 1990), and librettist Sam Wadsworth, for the world premiere of Bernsteins 1 act opera "A Quiet Place". This performance took place in Houston, Texas, June 17th, 1983, together with another opera by Bernstein, "Trouble in Tahiti". After this widely criticized and quite unsuccessful premiere of "A Quiet Place", Bernstein and Wadsworth revised the opera cutting some scenes, incorporating "Trouble
