The Barbary Pirates became a real problem in the early 1800's and it needed the new Nation of the United States to send a force to settle the problems in the 1820s
which made large numbers of fiberglass scabbards for knives and bayonets during the war

Scarce Vietnamese Made copy of a ChiCom stick grenade, which was brought home from Vietnam as a war trophy. What makes this particular grenade unique is that it was stamped in the warhead by an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Team after it was rendered inert with the date in which it was done.
