This is a very nice example of a German WWII Wehrmacht Dienstauszeichnung (Wehrmacht Long Service Award) medal, complete with the correct "cornflower blue" ribbon. Made of plated steel, these awards were issued for long service in the German armed forces, including time prior to the NSDAP period. This example is in very good condition, with a lot of the original plating still present, though some has worn through to
