Horizontal 6" PVC Strainer with Fixed Cover Female Size_3 Inch The rubber lining is a6 inch dry hydrant horizontal pvc strainer with fixed cover. The fixed end cover is fixed. If debris larger than the drilled holes should enter from the dry hydrant outlet located roadside it would not be able to be flushed out into the water source. See product HS62 for horizontal strainer with back flush cover. This strainer may be installed with the strainer holes facing up or down depending on how shallow it is installed. Requires a 6 inch double
