Wilm consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac Ontario when he applied for(Kaiser Wilhelm II Gabel in Silber). Constructed of silver, the obverse handle featuring finely detailed floral designs, with an engraved monogram of Kaiser Wilhelm II, the reverse bearing analogous designs through the handle, engraved with a manufacture date of "1911", a crown and crescent moon indicating German manufacture, a silver content number of "800", and a maker's mark of "H.
