Buchsbaum and Co. The kit appears to be unissued and complete. It could be as early as the Korean War and was used as an Aircraft First Aid Kit. There is a picture of it in one of the early 1950s Survival equipment manuals. These kits were used from around 1950 through Vietnam. There was a number of inventory changes over the years. The kit includes
