Romania, Kingdom. An Order Of The Star, V Class Knight, Military Division,C.1940 Auction Böhmer was wounded by shrapnel(Ordin "Steaua Romaniei"). Instituted in 1877. Type II (1932 1947). In silvered bronze with red, green and blue enamels, gilt cypher of Carol I on the obverse centrepiece, measuring 41 mm (w) x 63 mm (h) inclusive of its crown suspension, tiny chips in the green enamels of the wreaths on both centrepiece rings, the remaining enamels intact, on a 1932 1938 original ribbon with hook and eye, better than very fine.
