Germany, Imperial. A 1914 Iron Cross Patriotic Badge consisting of a blue enamelled Romanian Cross with clusters of nine gilt rays in eac the locket secured in place(Abzeichen). Constructed of silvered bronze with enamels, consisting of a Cross Patte, the obverse with black enameled arms and featuring a 1914 Iron Cross executed in silver, the reverse with a clip hinge and horizontal pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 33 mm (w) x 33 mm (h), in extremely fine condition.
