Original Cold War U.S. Air Force P-4A Flight Helmet with Tint Visor Japanese Uniforms part of the First AlliedOriginal Items: Only One Available. This is an excellent condition 1957 1959 U. S. Air Force size large P 4 flight helmet that comes complete with its pull down spring loaded tint visor. This helmet does have the plug on the left side for the mask microphone and ear receivers with cord. Inside there is a complete liner with original data tag manufactured by the Shelby Shoe Company. Overall condition is very good. The USAF P 4 flight helmet was
