A Rad Retirement Insignia Award Document 1941 Archive on the reverse it statesIn the name of the Fuhrer and Reichskanzler, the Oberfeldmeister Guido Kade parts ways with the RAD. I express to him the gratitude of the Fuhrer for his faithful service to the German Volk. Also I award him the right to wear the Uniform of the RAD with the Insignia of a retired member of his rank.
