An exceptional cased example of this award, constructed of gilded silver in the shape of a large oval medallion, the obverse with a field of beautiful green enamels with a white enameled Patriarchal cross bearing the gilded Hungarian Royal Crown at the top, and a red enameled Greek Cross in the center, the reverse is inscribed Crux Rubra Hungarica 1922, suspended from a swivel ring from
