Specifically produced in England for the North American Fur Trade, this is a Flintlock Trade pistol intended for the use of the Trappers and the Native American population as well. The barrel is marked LONDON on the top, and the lock plate is marked faintly with LONDON WARRANTED. The pistol has all brass mounts, and the barrel bears numerous British Proof Marks near the breech.
